Welcome to AquaFusion Perris Pool Care. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking any pool cleaning or maintenance services with us.
Service Agreement
When you book our pool cleaning services, you are entering into a service agreement with AquaFusion Perris Pool Care. We will provide the services as described on our website and in any written estimates or agreements. You agree to provide us with accurate information about your pool and access to your property as needed.
For weekly service agreements, services will continue until you provide written notice of cancellation. We require at least 7 days notice to cancel recurring services. One-time services are booked individually and do not automatically renew.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service agreements, we will bill you monthly on the same date each month. Late payments may result in suspension of services and additional fees.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice. If your pool requires additional treatments beyond standard maintenance, we will notify you and obtain approval before performing the work.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your pool area during scheduled service times. This includes unlocked gates or providing gate codes. If we cannot access your pool on the scheduled service day, we will contact you to reschedule, but you will still be responsible for payment unless we receive prior notice.
You are responsible for securing pets during our service visits. If an unsafe condition prevents our technicians from completing service, we will notify you and reschedule at no additional charge.
Service Limitations
While we strive to keep your pool in excellent condition, we cannot guarantee specific results due to factors beyond our control such as severe weather, equipment failures, or improper pool construction. Our services do not include major equipment repairs or replacements unless specifically quoted and agreed upon.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to pool surfaces, equipment, or landscaping. If we discover damage during service, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Liability and Insurance
AquaFusion Perris Pool Care carries liability insurance for our operations. We are not responsible for damage that results from equipment defects, improper installation by others, or conditions we have notified you about but were not authorized to repair.
You agree to hold us harmless from any claims arising from the use of your pool by yourself or others. Pool safety is ultimately the responsibility of the pool owner.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify service schedules due to weather conditions, equipment availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any schedule changes in advance.
If you need to modify your service schedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service call fee.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns about our service, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any problems.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Riverside County, California, in accordance with California law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
